Can I return my ordered item if it does not suit ?
You have a delay of 14 days from the date of reception to indicate us any problem and send back to us pro-ducts.

Damaged or incomplete articles will be neither taken back nor paid off and will have returned to you as is, at under your responsibility.

We recommend you to appeal to a carrier allowing to follow the sendings and to turn the goods to the address indicated above.

You can also return products directly to the shop. However, no refund can be made to the store but only via Hipay or PayPal according to your means of payment during the order.
During the refund, the postal charges of the shipping are also included.
It is not possible to return discounted products.
Can I make exchange of ordered item ?
In case of exchange we deeply recommend you to contact us within 14 days so that we put aside the product for which you wish to proceed so to the exchange from the reception of your return.
